It was very close to the Ballston Metro station.
The air conditioner was poor. Hard to regulate room temperature.

The staff is nice at this hotel and the location is great for people needing to be close to work in Arlington and still wanting access to DC via metro.

The Air Conditioner was broken and the room was sweltering hot. The bathroom fan barely worked except to make noise, so it turned the whole room into a sauna when we took a shower. The breakfast room was too crowded and not a very good selection. Overall, the place was awful, especially for something so expensive. Bed was just okay in terms of comfort.

This hotel suited my purposes for a one-night stay to attend a funeral. The price was good for the location. The continental breakfast was adequate.

The hotel desk clerk was awesome.
The restaurant for dinner was terrible.

With the lone exception of the restaurant for dinner, I would very much recommend this hotel.

Relatively quiet, there was also good and secure parking, free of charge.
The breakfast was a joke, coffee always just in the process of being made in one pot. The room and bathroom was is dire need of an overhaul.

Management was very courteous and attentive to customers' needs.
I liked all aspects of hotel stay.

Hotel was very well run and located near shops, restaurants and transportation. safe location. staff was very attentive to travelers' needs. Staff answered all of our questions.

It was the location we needed and we didn't need much more than a place to sleep comfortably.
I did not like that the beds were full size rather than queen size.
